Meet Your Instructor

Hello, my name is Thea. I teach beginner-friendly yoga classes and private Reiki sessions at Orchard Meditation!

My passion for yoga began when a friend encouraged me to try a class with her during a stressful time in my life. I discovered that my breath alone could calm my mind, and practicing yoga postures re-sparked my sense of personal strength and self-love.

I got my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher and Reiki II Certifications to deepen my personal practice and help others feel the way I did during that first class: strong, peaceful, and empowered. I believe the benefits of yoga should be accessible for every age and ability, so I strive to honor the needs of my students bodies by providing props and modifications.

Meet Christina, RN

Christina is a Registered Nurse with a deep passion for supporting women through life's most transformative stages. She brings her clinical expertise and compassionate care to Orchard Meditation as a Registered Nurse specializing in perinatal, postnatal, peri menopause, and menopause wellness.

Whether you're expecting, recovering after birth, or navigating the changes of midlife, Christina offers both individual and group sessions, creating a safe and nurturing space for every woman on her journey.

Christina's unique background as an RN means her classes have an understanding of the physical and emotional shifts that accompany each stage of womanhood.

We see yoga and meditation not just as exercise, but as tools for building a mentally healthy life. When we slow down, breathe, and move with intention, we create space for clarity, resilience, and inner peace.
